We created a strategic blueprint to centralize and optimize FastoCloud’s operations by leveraging the capabilities of GTM, GA4, HubSpot, and Zapier, alongside other essential tools and platforms.

FastoCloud — a software company specializing in video solutions. We offer an end-to-end IPTV and OTT video platform, have deep knowledge of video analytics and computer vision, experienced in WebRTC and VOIP.

FastoCloud enlisted our expertise with specific objectives: streamline their digital marketing, refine analytics, and orchestrate a seamless integration of various tracking and marketing platforms.

Our Solution:

We created a strategic blueprint to centralize and optimize FastoCloud’s operations by leveraging the capabilities of GTM, GA4, HubSpot, and Zapier, alongside other essential tools and platforms.

Implementation:

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM): We implemented GTM as a centralized tracking hub, enabling ease of code modification and management across the website.

  • Analytics Enhancement: Deployed GA4 tags along with Meta pixel and other essential tools, fine-tuning the analytic capabilities to garner deeper user interaction insights.

  • HubSpot Configuration: Implemented and configured HubSpot for optimized email marketing efforts and precise audience segmentation, ensuring alignment with FastoCloud’s objectives.

  • Form and Page Tracking: Enhanced the accuracy of user data collection from multiple landing pages by ensuring seamless integration of user data from site forms to the Zapier end-point and then sending the data to HubSpot.

  • Email Marketing Optimization: Established and maintained dynamic sheets for effective email marketing campaigns, facilitating automated user segmentation based on user interactions.

Results

Now FastoCloud can collect information from all our resources, construct funnels based on that information, and make informed decisions. Also, they are testing various hypotheses and gathering extensive information from them. This allows FastoCloud to make the product more noticeable, the lead journey smoother, and please many more customers with our solutions.

They have been able to build, measure, and start improving KPIs for many activities, such as Impressions , CPL, CLTV, CAC, etc.
